01

Space for everyday life

The developer’s September 2026 interview describes a den in every home for working, studying or a quieter moment.

02

The practical comforts

In-suite washer and dryer, a dishwasher, heating and air conditioning.

03

Room to come together

A gym, community hall and resident storage lockers are planned.

Planned features described by the developer in MPulse, September 2026.

01 / Shared spaces

A place to gather.

The plans place a community room at street level, with a gym, lockers and bicycle storage downstairs. A rooftop amenity area includes canopies and built-in benches.

02 / Arrival & movement

Connected to the sidewalk.

The site plan shows pedestrian connections to both streets, bicycle racks beside Britannia Road, and a barrier-free route from accessible parking to the west entrance.

03 / Materials

Light, glass and rhythm.

Precast concrete gives the facade its vertical pattern. The elevations specify bird-friendly vision glass, while the arrival detail brings glazing and lighting to the covered entrance.

How are the homes arranged?

The September 2024 schedule contains 22 homes: nine one-bedroom, eight two-bedroom and five three-bedroom layouts. The mix includes homes with and without a den. MPulse’s later September 2026 interview describes a den in every home, so final layouts should be confirmed with the project team.
