On site now September – October 2026

Work has started
on the corner.

On October 6, the project broke ground with a ceremony on site. Six days later, the tower crane was up over the excavation. Since early September, crews have been clearing the lot, putting in the storm sewers, and pouring the first concrete for the crane footing — the work that comes before anything rises.
